27. Tikka Masala
Without doubt the most famous western curry, pieces of chicken cooked in the Tandoori oven then simmered in a sauce made with tomato, cream and coconut, a hint of mint and paprika sauce. (CONTAINS NUTS)

28. Jalfrezi
Cooked with onion, green pepper, tomatoes, fresh chilli and ginger.

29. Karahi
Specially cooked with garlic spice, chopped onion, tomatoes, green pepper, coriander and black pepper served in the traditional iron souk.

 

30. Balti
Balti originated from the Northwest frontier and Kashmir Valley.
Balti is the traditional form of cooking in sizzling hot cast iron pots that locks in the flavour of the fresh spices and herbs, garlic, and ginger, giving out a wonderful exotic aroma with an evenly fantastic flavour.

31. Pathia
These dishes are cooked with coconut, onion, tomatoes & spices (sweet & sour sauce).

32. Pasanda
Juicy spices of marinated lamb or chicken, cooked in purified gently simmered in yoghurt and tamarind sauce. Plenty of strong flavour. (CONTAINS NUTS)

33. Saagwala
Bite sized chicken breast cooked in a traditional method three generation's old, secret blend of spices tossed in butter and finished with chopped spinach, coriander and fennel leaves, to produce in aromatic thick medium heat sauce.

34. Makhani
Succulent pieces of chicken marinated with ginger, garlic and homemade yoghurt and charcoal grilled, gently cooked with cream and a blend of Indian cheese, mild in flavour. (CONTAINS NUTS)
